Granite Bay Allergy Asthma and Immunology is a ground-up medical office on Sierra College Boulevard in Roseville, designed around a specialist practice and the patients who visit it. A stone gable marks the entrance, and tall windows run the length of the building.

- Stone veneer wraps the entrance under a pitched gable. The long wing beside it is stucco over a stone base, with tall timber-framed windows set between its piers.

- Parking runs along the front of the building, and a planted walk leads from the lot to the door.
